If you have a problem with an item purchased from us, please contact us first before returning it. As every situation is unique, we would like to assess this on a case-by-case basis. After all, a personal approach allows us to provide you with the best possible service.


If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, we can collect it from you. The cost for this is €15.75 excluding VAT. If we have made a mistake, we will of course collect it from you free of charge. The same applies to transport damage or any other reason beyond your control.
